1 Definitions

14 Account Suspension and Closure

jili 678 may suspend or permanently close a member account without advance notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, jili 678 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and withhold real money balances proportional to any identified losses caused to the platform or other members by the prohibited conduct. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned after any outstanding verification and investigation requirements are met.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time through the account settings area or by contacting member support. Voluntary closure does not affect outstanding withdrawal requests already in progress, which will be processed normally.

15 Amendments to These Terms
